Adam spent 14 years in leadership roles as a Navy SEAL where he led both tactically and strategically, while attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Adam is a leader of leaders with resolute integrity. He has an aggressive approach to endeavors with a proven track record of navigating the journey from zero to one. He's a candid communicator who builds meaningful relationships and passionately invested to impact others.
Among other assignments, he served as Platoon Commander, Operations Officer, and Executive Officer across different SEAL Teams. Tactically, he led platoons during sensitive missions. Strategically, he orchestrated global deployments for multiple SEAL Platoons, as well as nurtured the culture for a 300-person SEAL Team as second-in-command.
After the Navy, Adam brought his leadership to the automotive industry and finance. At General Motors, he was the Business Manager for the Vice President of Engineering, where he served a Chief of Staff function across eight executive directors while managing a $3.5 billion budget. At AIG, he was a Divisional Vice President where he consulted with financial advisors on retirement solutions.
Today, Adam has two businesses. His profession is helping individuals and families with financial planning. His passion is teaching mindset development with a focus on character, leadership, and teamwork. In 2017, he spearheaded Hatmada LLC to do just that. This work led him to partnering with Victory Strategies where he coaches and keynotes around the country to share this message with individuals and teams.
