Dr. Kirk Adams is a mission-driven organization and DEI consultant guiding large and small organizations to achieve growth
and profitability goals while taking giant leaps forward in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is a prolific coalition
builder with a vast network of leaders in all three sectors (public, private, nonprofit) and the silo-breaking
skills to create a shared vision, collaborative solutions, and career pathways for disabled people. Kirk has a deep
experience mobilizing the DOE Rehabilitation Services Administration, DOL Office of Disability Employment
Policy, AbilityOne Commission, Department of Defense, nonprofits, and companies such as Boeing,
Northrop Grumman, ACCO Brands, and CamelBak to enable people with disabilities to bring their
strengths to the workforce. Dr. Adams offers an evidence-based, data-driven approach to enhancing disability
inclusion, coupled with the lived experience of blindness and an authentic voice in DEI.
