Sheryl Ellis, a Certified Professional in Human Resources and a recognized expert in Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) stops by to discuss how she helps employees and employers understand how to apply the ADA to a workplace accommodation situation and how employees can research, request, and negotiate an accommodation with their employer while successfully managing their health condition and being productive employees.

In addition to attending the same high school and college, although a couple of years apart, John and Sheryl discuss their shared but different experience with meningitis while attending Texas Tech University.
